The Congress is seeking the professional services of an experienced educational consultant(s) (Content Developer) with experience in addressing Aboriginal barriers to develop the precise content. The selected Content Developer(s) would develop a program for each of the identified barriers to success that would be transferable not only to an E-learning environment but would also become the basis of other instructional projects such as group and individual employment counseling and seminars.
