(Ottawa) February 8, 2016 – Congress of Aboriginal Peoples (CAP) National Chief, Dwight Dorey, stops in Saint John as part of the National Grassroots Engagement Tour. The event is an opportunity for Indigenous Peoples living off-reserve in rural and urban areas to share their views on matters most important to them.

The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples represents the interests of Métis, status and non-status Indians, and Southern Inuit Indigenous People living off-reserve. Today, over 70% of Indigenous people live off-reserve.
