CAP seeks to understand the experiences, perspectives, and needs of its communities in relation to Housing.

 This survey is designed to gather focused community insights to better inform policy, research, and advocacy efforts in these areas. It explores barriers, supports, and opportunities to improve care, strengthen cultural connections, and support better outcomes for Indigenous peoples.
